About Us

We're Sisler's Ice Cream & we have been an ice cream shop here in Princeton, IL since 2021. We are the 4th generation of Sisler's carrying on the ice cream business that was started by our great grandfather in 1908. Our father, Billy, always wanted to open a local ice cream shop that served Sisler's ice cream to the community. He wanted it to be a place where you could have the chance to try any of our many flavors. Since he was unable to fulfill this dream before passing away in 2011, we decided to open this shop in his memory. When our Father passed, our Uncle took over the ice cream production for the next 11 years. We took over ice cream production in January 2023 and we now make and sell Sisler's ice cream exclusively at our shop in Princeton! We're looking forward to partnering with Spring Valley, Utica, Ottowa and La Salle - Peru consumers to continue to offer a premier ice cream shop experience.
